When: April 3 @ 11:00AM ET

Service organizations are collecting more data in Service Cloud than ever in an effort to better understand and support their customer base.

With a new European Union privacy law called the General Data Protection Regulation, or the GDPR, going into effect in May 2018, organizations will be challenged to maintain their customers’ standards for service and support while complying with the new law.

Join us as we cover the basics for incorporating GDPR compliance into your existing Customer Support process:

  • Review of the main pillars of GDPR and how they apply to your Salesforce Service Cloud implementation
  • Overview & demo of new Salesforce object, Individual, for tracking consent
  • GDPR Readiness: Top items to implement by May 25th
  • Q&A with Elena Elkina, JD, LLM, Partner at Aleada Consulting, a privacy and data protection consulting firm in the Silicon Valley
